Education Opportunities

Education remains one of Carry the Light’s areas of focus due to its founders’ collective passion for serving our children and youth. Our education work to date has focused on meeting base supply and material needs. Carry the Light will continue this work as it implements outcome-driven programming which advance education concerns. Activities will include after-school and summer programming, industrial arts, fitness, STEM, and social/emotional development.

Understanding the importance of a community-based approach, Carry the Light is developing partnerships with area schools, churches, and community-based organizations to address education needs.
